Better auditory learning of teacher voice welfare in Launceston

St Thomas More’s Catholic Primary School in South East Launceston will have all learning spaces equipped with the New Redcat with Point to Pair and new Flexmike for the start of the 2022 school year!

After accepting our offer of a free trial, the School was quick to understand better listening means better learning.  Capturing teacher voices, and spreading every sound of every word of the teacher to every part of the room, means all learners get the same crisp and clear auditory messages irrespective of where they are seated in a learning space.

This concept – known in education circles as Soundfield – continues to evolve and Hear and Learn is leading the charge!

Now available is our new teacher Flexmike.  About the size of a pack of Tic Tac’s, it is at leaving 30% smaller and lighter than other teacher microphones.  This means teachers are more comfortable.

Also, given the nuances of Covid, we have built in point to pair.  This means a teacher can possess their own Flexmike and move from room to room and not share microphones!
