To help with this, Hear and Learn offers service when it suits the teacher via Facetime and Skype.
That is, if a teacher has a question about our technology, or needs some technical help, we can deliver that instantaneously.
Felicity, a Primary School teacher in Willandra Rise, Melbourne, is part of the team using our differentiated learning Flexcat System, needed a hand to set up our equipment after moving rooms.
Our service team used Skype to contact her and get to the bottom of the issue. Here is a message we received from her today:
